- How can I make a suggestion?
If you want to make a suggestion in order to improve some of our services or simply to send us your particular needs, you can do that by means of the Suggestion Box provided in the Contact Section. If you want to make a complaint you should do that by means of the official book completed by the Administration.
- How are the cancellation expenses of the ticket calculated?
The cancellation expenses of the ticket vary depending on the date of purchase and the closeness to the departure date.
- The cancellations carried out between the date of sale and 48 hours immediately prior to the departure of the service will imply a penalization of 10% of the total amount of the ticket.
- The cancellations carried out between the 48 hours previous to the departure and 2 hours immediately prior to the departure of the service will imply a penalization of 20% of the total amount of the ticket.
- It won’t be possible to cancel tickets once the barrier of the two hours previous to the departure has been overcome. In this case, the 100% of the amount will be lost.
