If you want to make a complaint or claim in relation to the information / services offered through the website, you must select the corresponding option in the drop-down. Likewise, if you want to make a claim against any of the transport companies that offer their services on the website, you should use the official book authorised by the Administration, wich is available to you both in the vehicles that provide the services and in the ticket offices authorized for the ticket sales. Special Attention Service for People with Reduced Mobility (PMR)
At least four seats next to the access door are of preferential use for people with some type of disability so, if necessary, the company could modify your seat before boarding. To reserve your PRM seat if you travel in your own wheelchair, you must request your trip with a minimum of 24 hours through the contact email info@monbus.es.
