A High-Quality Transport for Everyone
Since ours origins our main goal has been to offer a safe, comfortable and punctual transport to ours customers. To make of your journey a pleasant journey we invest in the renewal of the fleet, so we offer to ours customers the latest advances in terms of security and comfort. More than a half of ours buses are fitted with advanced WiFi systems which allow to access to free and quality internet on more than one thousand routes everyday.
20 million of passengers have already travelled with Monbus. Quality surveys show that 96,8% of them would do it again. We continue working to improve ours services and satisfy ours customers.

OUR MISSION AND VALUES
Your security our priority
Our buses fufill the most higher standars in terms of security. The renewed fleet have: LDWS, BAS. This latest technology combined with ABS reduces the braking distance in emergency cases. All theses elements plus stability control systems, traction control and electronic distribution of braking help to increase the security.
Our drivers receive training on security and they have enough work experience to react quickly to any unexpeted incident. Driver’s hours system ensures customers the best service.

Within our Environmental Policy we adapt to new measures in order to optimize energy consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We are aware of climate change, so we try to do all we can to reduce emissions impact.
The puchase of more than 117 new vehicles with EUROV and EUROVI systems between 2014/2015 we have achieved the reduction of CO2 emissions impact by 4% per traveller. Through the constant renewal of the fleet we set out the aim of reducing emissions by up to 24% for the next 6 years.
Ours employees received training on good energy practises to promote the correct segregation and recycling of waste, the reduction of paper consumption, the use of natural light, the regulation of the temperature at 20 degrees, the turn-off of the screens and the use of power saving mode (black screen).

● To value the opinions of customers, staff and other interested parties in the handling of complaints, orienting our efforts in the effective resolution of their concerns to guarantee customer satisfaction.
● Ensure the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution and other environmental commitments outlined by Monbus.
● To the extent possible, reduce or minimise the environmental impacts associated with the development of our activity, including the consumption of hydrocarbons, GHG emissions, water, energy and waste generated.
● Actively promote the rational use and consumption of energy by supporting the acquisition of energy efficient products, equipment and services and design to improve energy performance.
● Promote and improve fleet service and equipment with the aim of progressing efficient driving performance.
● Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health deterioration. As well as, eliminate and reduce OSH hazards and risks. Furthermore, the company shall ensure the views of workers through participation and consultation of workers or through their representatives.
● Promote good road safety practices with the aim of eliminating road traffic fatalities and serious injuries.
● Adopt the necessary measures to ensure an effective response to exceptional emergency situations and collaborate with other entities in the development of specific plans.
● Implement and maintain a culture of wellbeing in the organisation, which provides safe, healthy and environmentally committed work environments, promoting healthy lifestyles among employees, the community and their families.
● Conduct and periodically review a risk analysis based on recognised methods that enable us to establish the level of information security and minimise the associated risks. As well as involving all stakeholders in information security activities and procedures.

As an exercise of informative transparency, Monbus puts at the disposal of all the groups of interest the annual sustainability report which includes questions related to objectives, their degree of fulfilment and the relevant issues derived from our decisions and activities.

The publication of the Non-Financial Information status report is intended to be an exercise in the organisation's transparency with stakeholders by providing information on environmental, personnel, human rights, due diligence and sustainability issues.
Complaints and suggestions management report
Monbus has monitored the management of complaints and suggestions in our field of action. For this purpose, we present the annual report of complaints and suggestions received and processed according to ISO 10002 guidelines.
