Monbus, in addition to reaffirms its commitment to the fundamental rights, environment protection and the fight against corruption, as a member of the United Nations Global Compact (Global Compact, 1999), has a rigorous regulatory compliance program designed to promote its company values and promote a culture of risk prevention and respect for the regulatory environments in which the company operates.

Security and respect
As an organization dedicated to the transport of travelers and mobility programs, MONBUS subjects all its actions to the most rigorous quality standards, which prioritise according to safety of people, respect for the environment and the provision of an equal and socially just service.
Professionalism and responsibility
MONBUS takes part in the market economy and, for that reason, protects business competitiveness and the respect for intellectual and industrial property. Promotes the professionalism and responsibility of its staff, from whom is expected an appropriate ethical conduct, attentive to the dignity and human rights, as well as, respect for the law; and, also loyalty, confidentiality and commitment. For that reason, Monbus provides a series of lines of actions in the case of conflicts of interest, as well as, rules designed to distinguish between their employment and personal status when using company resources and social networks.
Equality and diversity
Equal opportunities, the fight against any type of discrimination, the prevention of accidents at work, the reconciliation of family and work and training are basic guidelines which give information to the company. There are another designed to help people with difficulties in access to employment or oriented to promote linguistic and cultural diversity, which are essential to contribute to the improvement of society we serve we are a part and of which we are part.
Zero tolerance to corruption
MONBUS does not tolerate corruption of any kind, what explains why it has a very strict policy with regard to gifts and invitations, forbidding facilitation payments or the installation of a fee system to guarantee that cash does not circulate within the organization.
For MONBUS, transparency and the protection of personal data are not mere legal obligations: they are an unbreakable commitment to truthful information and the guarantee of privacy that we owe to our clients and collaborators.
Responsible Channel
Is the tool that MONBUS makes available for its staff, and third parties to whom it relates, to communicate, in a safe manner, behaviors contrary to the Code of Conduct, or illegal behaviors from which responsibilities can be derived, criminal or of another type, for the organization. These communications will be received and processed, confidentially, by the Ethics and Compliance Commission of MONBUS.
