  • What is the QR Code which appears in the printed ticket?

    The QR code which appears in the printed ticket has a function for the user:

    When you use a code QR reader application and when you scan the ticket code, you will access directly to the section “Manage your reservation” of the web www.monbus.es. There, you will be able to make all the necessary arrangements you want (to modify the ticket, to cancel it, to add special baggage, etc.)
    For a good reading of the code, we recommend you not to fold the ticket and keep it in good conditions.

  • If all the seats of a bus are occupied, is the company obliged to offer reinforcement buses?

    No it isn’t, the transport company is only obliged to cover the base services established in the concession, but it is not obliged to enable reinforcement vehicles.

  • I want to rent a vehicle with driver to travel in group, how can I do?

    You can ask for a budget without obligation through the module located in the section Vehicle Renting with driver of the web. If you want, you can also end this process in an easy way following the Step by Step guide. As soon as we receive your request we will get in contact with you to confirm the type of service to be hired and we will send you a personalized budget if so you wish.
    You can also get in contact with the Renting Department by means of the email info@monbus.es or calling the phone number +34 982 29 29 00.
    In any case we will attend you in a personalized way in accordance with your needs.

  • I want to rent a vehicle with driver. How far in advance can I make the reservation?

    There is no time limit to make the reservation, but we recommend you to hire the service at least 24 - 48 hours before, for a proper planning of the service concerned. However, if a request is received less than 24 - 48 hours before the date of the service, we will provide all the means to attend it successfully.

  • What will be the equipment of the vehicle I hire?

    The equipment of the vehicle may vary depending on your needs and on the characteristics hired (for example Wi-Fi, tables of game, WC, individual plugs, etc).

    For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to eat or drink inside the bus.

  • Is it allowed to smoke in the renting vehicles?

    It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the vehicles according to the Law 28/2005, 26th December, (BOE 27th December).

  • Is it possible to cancel the service without any kind of cost?

    Yes it is, if it is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. On the contrary, if it is cancelled within the 24 hours previous to the day of the service, the 50% of the amount contracted will be charged. If a service is cancelled the same day, you will be penalized with the 75% of the amount contracted. Therefore, we recommend you that, to the extent possible, take into account this circumstance.
