Monbus introduces a Code of Ethics and Conduct
Monbus has introduced a Code of Ethics and Conduct in its company that reflects the guidelines for action that employees, executives and collaborators of the different companies of the group should follow.
The document is based in ten essential values: professionalism, honesty, social and ethical commitment, respect for the environment, customer orientation, quality and efficiency, competitiveness, innovation and modernization, security and coordination with other agents of the sector.
As essential part of its policies and mobility programs, Monbus bases its actions on the most rigorous quality standards where safety of individuals, the respect for the environment and the provision of an egalitarian service and socially fair are vital.
In the same way, this Code promotes the professionalism and responsibility of all its employees, who are expected an appropriate ethical conduct, paying attention to dignity and people’s rights, respecting the legality, loyalty, confidentiality and commitment. To that end, they have access to a series of lines of action in the case of conflicts of interest, as well as rules designed to know how to distinguish between work and personal conditions when using company’s resources and social networks.
Monbus also supports, mentioned in the document, equal opportunities, prevention of occupational risks, work-life balance or the continuous training, rejecting all kinds of discrimination.
