After having gone through half a hundred cities in the world and more than 20 countries, the impressive and didactic exhibition “Days of the Dinosaur” comes to IFEVI (Vigo fairground) and it will allow us to travel backwards in time 245 million years ago.
The main objective of this event is to share with the visitors an authentic experience, thanks to the dinosaurs’ realism and to the settings which simulate these living beings’ life in a prehistoric time.
Over two hundred robot dinosaurs belonging to the Mesozoic Era as well as several interactive areas will be available for visitors: a “sandbox dino”, where children will be able to play at being palaeontologists and archaeologists, an “excavation dino” area, where the methods used by these specialists will be explained easily, a “ride dino”, in order for children to have the opportunity to round a course on a dinosaur, the “dino photo” to obtain photos with dinosaurs and a “dino shop” to get the official products of this exhibition.
To round off this day, the film “Big Bang” in 3D format will be projected in order for visitors to feel the main protagonists of a journey back to the time of the dinosaurs.
Monbus, one of the main sponsorships, will be the responsible for taking 9000 students free of charge in order for them to be able to go to this event together with their guides and teachers.
