Roles:
Tasks of assistance and support the management
Administrative support
Reception of customers
Call services and filter
Coordination of courier and shipment
Administration of schedule and travels administration
Events and meetings organization
Composition, revision and verification of documentation
Fulfillment of presentations and reports
Elaboration of annual reports, databases and translations
Minimum requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
High level in office automation, specially word and excel
High level in oral and written communication, diction and orthography
Native or advance level (C1 or higher )of at least four of these languages: Spanish, Catalonian, English, Galician, French and Basque.
Optional requirements:
Advanced knowledge of internet and social networks
Use of advanced tools of design and ppt visual presentations
Working disposal, flexible and adaptable. Dynamic and decisive, able of analyze and resolve her/ his daily working problems and social skills.
The ability to manage confidential information appropriately and discreetly will be high value.
