Full time, from Monday to Sunday on alternating shifts

Roles:
Dealing telephone calls and complaints
Dealing/ answer customer emails
Schedule information and tickets reservation
Translate web content into different languages
Minimum requirements:
Highest degree completed: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Nivel native or advance (C1 or higher )of at least four of these languages: Spanish, Catalonian, English, Galician, French and Basque.
Responsible person, polite and customer orientation.
Optional requirements:
High office automation level
Some knowledge of social networks/ Internet
