If you want, you can also end this process in an easy way following the Step by Step guide. As soon as we receive your request we will get in contact with you to confirm the type of service to be hired and we will send you a personalized budget if so you wish.

In any case we will attend you in a personalized way in accordance with your needs.

There is no time limit to make the reservation, but we recommend you to hire the service at least 24 - 48 hours before, for a proper planning of the service concerned. However, if a request is received less than 24 - 48 hours before the date of the service, we will provide all the means to attend it successfully.

In the private services there is not a fixed itinerary, so you should choose the itinerary you are interested in. Anyway, we will be pleased to help you to plan your itinerary on the basis of our experience.

The equipment of the vehicle may vary depending on your needs and on the characteristics hired (for example Wi-Fi, tables of game, WC, individual plugs, etc).

For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to eat or drink inside the bus.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the vehicles according to the Law 28/2005, 26^th December, (BOE 27th December).

Yes it is, if it is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. On the contrary, if it is cancelled within the 24 hours previous to the day of the service, the 50% of the amount contracted will be charged. If a service is cancelled the same day, you will be penalized with the 75% of the amount contracted. Therefore, we recommend you that, to the extent possible, take into account this circumstance.
